Unused open box item. Very slight scratch on trim plate from poor packaging during shipping. I didn't post a picture of the damage because it's almost impossible (for me anyway) to take a picture of a scratch on a reflective surface.
Includes faucet, counterweight, trim piece, gasket, 2-piece fastening ring, and (inexplicably) an extra fastening washer.
