Beautiful authentic antique vintage Wedgwood pottery jasperware fairy pendant necklace in decorative ornate 9K yellow gold setting. Features a gorgeous gowned goddess with wings, carrying a basket of flowers. Colors were difficult to capture, the purple is a more pure lavender/deep purple and the background is sage green.
Measures approx. 1" tall and wide, not including the setting.
Wonderful condition for its age, some overall wear but nothing of significant note except for the marks on the back. I had a jeweler add the bail.
I bought this at an antique store and was told it is ca. 1900s. I did a bit of research and the markings indicate it is definitely from the range of 1908 –. Specifically beyond that I'm not quite sure! It's unclear if the C 77 marking on the back is the date or another maker's code.
