• Deliveries to addresses 100 - 150 miles from Birmingham will incur a charge of £29.

• Our business seller information is at the bottom of the page, we cannot advertise it in the description as it is against eBay rules. Once the order has been placed on eBay, you can also pay on eBay via Credit card / Debit Card or Cash on Collection / Delivery. Please see payment details for further information

• We will give you a few days notice by phone so please provide us with your best contact numbers once you have placed the order on eBay.
• Our Couriers are only insured to deliver the sofas to your doorstep. However, the delivery staff will happily place the items into a room of your choice on the ground floor only on request.
• Important Notice: If you require delivery above or below the ground floor the drivers will charge an additional £20.00 this is a discretionary fee between you the customer and the couriers. This fee does not relate to Gamzo Outlet

All products are individually inspected before being dispatched, to ensure they are sent out in perfect condition.

In the unlikely event of returning the products, please email us through eBay messages within 14 days of receiving delivery of your product. You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future. If you cancel, you must return the goods within 14 days of cancellation, complete with the original packaging to us and/or our supplier (or any other UK address specified by us), at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.

If your item is damaged in transit, kindly retain the damaged goods & all packaging & email us through eBay messages immediately.

As a respected and reputable on-line business, we fully comply with the Distance Selling Regulations. Unlike some Ebayers, we do not charge any re-stocking fees for returned items.
