Notice the playername written on the hood.  It is on the TOP of the hood where the top of your head would be.

Everything is measured this way when laying flat:

Chest: Armpit to armpit

Length: Bottom of Collar to the end of bottom of shirt.

Waist: Straight across the top of pants.

Inseam: From crotch seam to the end of the leg

Rise: Top of the belt to the end of the crotch
