Description
LINN SONDEK LP12:
One of the most highly-regarded turntables of all time!

Item Description
+AT is everyone's cleaning person. It is the best looking LINN we have in stock right now. Though scratched, the dust cover is clean, and the turntable enclosure is in great shape. I can't mention the sound, but if looks are important to you, this is the one for you. **This turntable comes with LINN ITTOK LV II tonearm. Thank you.

The Linn Sondek LP12, first released in 1972 by Scotland’s Linn Products, is an extremely well-regarded hi-fi transcription turntable. This is one of the most highly-regarded turntables of all time, chosen as "the most important hi-fi component ever sold in the UK" by Hi-Fi Choice and ranked the 2nd most significant turntable of all time by The Absolute Sound. This turntable was (and still is!) used by many as a top-class reference turntable. The legacy of this turntable speaks for itself, and finding one in good condition is a treat.

**The tone arm of this turntable is a dynamic balanced LINN ITTOK LV II. The advantage of the dynamically balanced arm is its stable tracing ability. It is characterized by its ability to apply a constant needle pressure dynamically at all times, even in the condition of the sound groove or on a distorted board surface.

This turntable is in very good condition, with natural signs of aging, including some scratches and scuffs (please check photos).  Furthermore, it has been thoroughly tested and checked by our professional in-house technician, confirming its flawless working quality.
