It's a used, but still in good condition anchor. Danforth spade style. Ideal for securing your floating tub to the bottom of the river bed. (Not really much use for anything else! unless you have a body you need to hide away from the police! just saying lol) 

Comes with 4mtrs of chain and an extra bit of blue nylon rope. 

It's a 4.5 kilo unit, galvanised and measures approximately 57cm tall and 45cm wide. Spades are about 32 cm high.
