Noritake - Stardust Platinum - Salad Plate - #7997, made in Sri Lanka, with original label on the back (see photos 7 & 8) .  

The plate has a cobalt blue band and a light silver speckled band against a white background.  

The plate is 8 5/8" in diameter and .75" deep.  

The plate is in good condition with no chips or cracks and has its original label on the back.
