I am not sure if it is new, more likely it is refurbished.  So wasn't sure when I listed it (did not see refurbished or I would have selected that).

What you see is what you get.  Just a bare drive in the packaging.  No cables, etc.  

I did my best to list this correctly.  The inability to select refurbished versus new threw me :)
