When you purchase multiple different lots, I only combine shipping if possible. Put all of the items you want into your cart and hit the "Request Total" tab near the upper right side of your screen (just left of the total tab).  In order to do this, you will have to use an internet browser (such as chrome- ebay.com on a computer), do not use the eBay's app on a cell phone as this “request total tab” is not available on the cell phone app.  I will then send you a combined shipping invoice before you submit a payment.
