Up for Buy-It-Now is a new old stock non vented fuel cap, GM part number 405373. According to my GM Manual, this is used on the following models and years:

1965 Buick...Series 50-60-8000
1966-1969 Buick...All models, Except Station Wagons
1964-1967 Chevrolet Passenger, Chevelle (Except Station Wagons)
1968-1969 Chevrolet Passenger, Chevelle (Except Station Wagon, El Camino)
1970 Chevrolet..(Except E.E.C., Station Wagons)
