Vintage 1965 Catholic Little Flowers of St. Francis of Assisi Heritage HC w/ Box

The book is in acceptable condition.  The binding is tight and it seems like the book was opened very little.  Shelf wear is moderate on this item.  The spine of the book is noticeable faded compared to the front and back.  There are some stains on the box.  In the book is a cutout of the publisher.  There is some writing on the first blank page of the book.
