it comes with super smash Brothers complete. it comes with super Mario Maker 3DS, a Nerf case that has been used, fire flower stylus, carry bag, the system has been reformatted and comes with the charger. The 3DS does have some scratches on the system itself on the outside. see the pictures for the condition. everything has been tested and works
