This is a 1:16 scale 2008 Ertl 50659 Die Cast Promotions model of a 1946 GMC Truck with a Baker V Snow Plow. It is made of diecast material and was manufactured in 2008.
Two of the roof mounted lights are broken off. Please see pictures. The lights are included and might be able to be reattached. Otherwise truck is in mint condition.
