The document is made of substantial parchment paper and is very much a lasting collector's item
The text is in French (easily translated with the help of Mr. Google) and these philatelic documents (which I have had since issued) are lovely things and I have priced to sell and I would respectfully point out to European Buyers that I am selling these for a lot less than costs seen on France Ebay etc (even with the tax)
I am a collector (not a dealer) selling my collection so I only have one of each from 1975 to 2003 ish
