Has some water stains and misc other.  The binding is loose and has been taped.  It's is an excellent library copy and a kids book so it's pretty understandable it's in the condition it's in but it is readable and for a collecter looking for basic readers almost 100 yrs old 85 to be more precise then this may be your book.
