ESP LTD EC-200QM See Thru Black 2008 Electric Guitar
Here for sale we have an ESP LTD EC200QM electric guitar in See Thru Black finish. Made in Indonesia in 2008, this guitar features a set-neck construction comprising an Agathis body with Quilted Maple Veneer top, Mahogany neck and 24 fret Rosewood fingerboard. Black Nickel hardware is fitted, including a TOM style bridge and stopbar tailpiece, along with a set of sealed ESP tuning machines. A pair of passive ESP LH-301 humbucking pickups are installed, and are wired to a 3-way toggle switch, independent volumes and master tone controls, with a push/pull coil split function on the tone control.
The Mahogany neck plays very well, with the Thin 'U' Neck Contour feeling nicely slim and articulate in the hand. The neck remains substantial enough to sustain a firm grip for chord playing, whilst offering practicality for fast technical playing. The Rosewood fingerboard provides a smooth and durable playing surface right the way up the register, and with its 12" radius and extra jumbo frets delivers a rock-solid playing experience with enhanced string bending and vibrato feel.
The pair of ESP LH-301 humbucking pickups installed in this guitar deliver thick and crushing tones, well suited to heavy rock, metal and thrash genres. The neck pickup is round and full bodied, and with plenty of power to push your solo tones to the front of the mix. The bridge pickup is brighter, and with a hotter output can easily push your amp into a searing, saturated distortion tone. The controls are nice and simple whilst offering plenty of scope for tone-shaping. The first volume control is actually for the bridge pickup, which is a common feature on metal oriented guitars, allowing you to easily dial in your perfect sound on the pickup which gets the heaviest use.

Aesthetic Condition:
Headstock: Overall very good condition. The treble side tip shows a light scuff to the front edge and a small chip lightly exposing the wood to the rear edge. Light scratching to the front face is visible under direct light, as is common with high gloss finishes.
Neck: Overall very good condition. Very light scratching is present across the fingerboard. This is only visible under scrutiny and does not impact playability.
Body: Overall very good condition. Light to mild scratching to all surfaces is visible under direct light, as is common with high gloss finishes. This is most notable across the rear face.
Condition of Frets:
The frets demonstrate very light signs of use, not affecting playability. There is considerable material remaining for any fret work the new owner may wish to perform.
