High security receiver wheel lock for twin axle caravans and trailers.

The Gemini offers a highly secure, convenient and easy way to secure twin axle caravans and trailers.

The Gemini was designed in Purple Line’s UK innovation centre. The products twin locks are designed to lock into two titanium receiver bolts located in two alloy wheels. The Gemini is manufactured to the highest standard in the Purple Line factory using lightweight composite metals which have been specially chosen to be resistant to cutting, drilling and gas freezing.

Established in 1994, Grantham’s are a caravan and motorhome business situated in the heart of Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire. Our aim is to create unique, memorable experiences coupled with unrivalled service and support. We have two sites, in Grantham and Retford with an unrivalled selection of new and used leisure vehicles from manufacturers like Swift, Coachman, VW, Knaus and Weinsburg.

We have a fully stocked accessories shop at our Grantham site with some of the most knowledgeable people in the industry ready to assist you.

Newly launched in August 2022 our accessories website www.shop.granthamcaravans.co.uk has become a market leading site for all your leisure needs dealing with brands such as Dometic, Camptech, Kampa, Outdoor Revolution, Milenco, SAS and many more.

Delivery

Our aim is to dispatch your order within 2 working days. We use DHL for items up to 30kg in weight and of a standard parcel size. For larger items we may use a specialist courier which can take up to 5 working days. DHL is usually a 24hr service (48hr to some postcodes), tracking details can be provided with an email address and mobile number. Please be aware DHL collects at around 12pm daily and so orders placed after this time will go the following day.

If you wish to alter the delivery address, please contact us quickly. We will do our best to intercept the parcel and change it. Once the parcel has been collected from us we are unable to make any changes.

If you would like to take delivery on a specific day (Monday-Friday), please contact us and we will do our best to arrange this for you. If you haven’t made specific arrangements we cannot guarantee the delivery date of your item.

We offer delivery to mainland UK as standard but can, at additional cost, offer delivery to other postcodes. Please contact us for help with this.

In the unlikely event of an item arriving damaged or incomplete please report this to us within 48hrs providing images where possible. Claims made after 48hrs may be rejected.

Some of our items are dispatched directly from our suppliers using a variety of couriers. This is usually larger items such as awnings, if this is the case it will be stated on the listing. Tracking details can sometimes be arranged if requested and if we are provided with an email address and phone number. Delivery is usually made within 3-5 working days. Please contact us for a more accurate lead time.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason we offer a no quibble returns policy. Please click on Ebay's 'Return Item' link for the item you wish to return. The Ebay Managed Returns Process will guide you through this procedure. In the unlikely event an item arrives damaged or faulty we will take responsibility for any delivery or return costs incurred. Our couriers require that we advise them within 48 hours of delivery of any transit damage, so please don’t delay.

If you simply change your mind and decide you would like to cancel your order and return an item we will refund the cost of the item but not the cost of returning the item. Please notify us of your intention to return the item within 14 working days of receipt. This notification period is in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations.

Return address: eBay Returns, Grantham Caravans, Spittlegate Level, Grantham NG31 7UH. Please ensure that you put a note in the parcel giving your name, address, e-bay ID, order number and a contact telephone number. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way, once we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund.

Items should be returned to us, in their original packaging and, where applicable, in a fully re-saleable condition. The item should be returned within 28 days of receipt to qualify for a refund or exchange. Please package the items securely to avoid damage in transit.
