Here is a 1960s Matchbox 15 Tippax Refuse Collector. This is 15c which first came out in 1963.

The paint - The blue paint is perfect as far as I can see.

The transfer - Both transfers have edges missing at the front ends.

The wheels - Black plastic wheels on rust free axles.

The box - This is the 1963 picture box. There are no creases on any of the four sides and end flaps. There is no edge wear. All of the flaps are fully attached. It is a slightly dirty box which appears to be the only fault.
