Here is a nice commemorative lighter from WWI in brass with French medallions on either side. One side commemorates "Le Poilu" the bearded French soldier; the other, "Honneur aux braves" - 'Honour to the brave'.
A sharp period piece in great shape but missing the correct cap and chain. A plastic cap is included that makes the lighter usable. It measures 1 3/4 in. in diameter.
