Girls dark cream bridesmaid / occasion dress.  From Pronuptia - the size on the label is GB 30 / Germany 138 / France Spain 10.  I am not sure what they relate to in terms of age or size so please check actual measurements.  It is a slightly stiff chiffon and tulle type polyester fabric in tiered layers, with 3 layers of underskirts for fullness and appliqued floral trims on the upper body.  The outer fabric has a scrunched / crinkled finish.

It doesn't stretch any and the actual maximum measurements are:-

33cm / 13" pit to pit

28cm / 11" across the waist

113cm / 44.5" long from shoulder to hem
