The film is called 'On To Rome' 

Description - Looks to be a film about world war 2. This is a 3 reel version on a 24cm reel.  I am unable to project this film and so it is sold as seen. I have been able to wind the film off to check by eye and have taken some pictures of cells at the start. 

Format - 9.5mm 

Reel Size - 900ft 

Box - Metal Can 

Picture Condition - I have checked the film by eye and the condition of the picture looks to be good for its age, minimal / very minimal lines, Black and White  

Reel Condition - condition is very good, leader at the start and end, titles and end credit also present 

Sound - This film is silent with captions
