Large vintage brass relief jug pitcher with tavern scene for dried flowers ?

It measures approx. 13 and 3/4" high x 9" from handle to spout.

The diameter at the base is 6 and 1/4" and at the top the diameter is 4 and 3/4".

It is crumpled at the bottom, tarnished/patinated and there is a hole in the jug on the table relief and another in one of the characters hat and the base is not completely sealed - this is why it has only been used for dried flowers.
