Vintage 1950's bevelled edge hanging mirror.
A lovely 1950's mirror with partially bevelled edges and a hanging chain fitted. This mirror is the type you would likely see hanging over a fireplace in a 1950's - 1960's TV drama.
The mirror measures approx 25" x 15"
This item is in a good sound used condition with a little age related patina to the glass and metal fittings. The most obvious problem is an age mark on the surface of the mirror which I have shown on my photos. A heavy chain is securely fitted ready for hanging up. A good heavy duty hook required when hanging.
This traditional mid century mirror was owned by my family and hung for many years over the chimney breast. It later hung in the hallway where it was very useful.
This would suit a 1940 - 1960 style home and would be a useful addition to many rooms.
