Note 23 of the packs are sealed… The 24th pack is not perfectly sealed and I’m not sure if 100% of the cards in the 24th pack are there… I did not count them but they seem to be in perfect condition.

The box shows appropriate aging… But the packs seem perfect, except the 24th one described above… Good luck bidding!
