Bowl is shiny inside and without wear marks

The outside of the bowl has some silver-gray marks that are smooth and appear to have been rubbed on through contact with a metal(?) object. The largest can be seen most clearly in photo #7. The others are smaller--more like squiggly marks.

There's a 1/4 scratch/pit to the white enamel on one of the lotus leaves. See photo #6.

There are 3 tiny chips to the rim along a 1" row. See photos #10, 11 & 12.
