Square, tight, and exceptionally clean in & out. Spine ends have shelf wear rubbing with a tiny chip and nicks at spine head, corner tips show wear, good hinges and joints, just starting to fray at gutter on cover, cosmetic and still tight. Starting at end page upper. Page toning with one or two tiny edge nicks, folds and closed tears. No missing or loose pages, tiny stains in a few places, otherwise unmarked. In remarkable condition for it's age.
