in Old English pattern with pointed tip/terminal.
Bowl beautifully embossed with fruits and leaves.
Handle decorated with foliage and an oval vacant cartouche.

Both spoons hallmarked to the underside:
maker initials "AH" into rectangle for Alexander Henderson;
"Castle" mark for city of Edinburgh;
"Thistle" for Scottish sterling standard;
date letter "N" into a shield for 1793-1794;
"King George III" for duty/tax.

All hallmarks are clear.
