1- 16 Bit SCSI interface card (to be inserted in your motherboard's ISA available slot to be able to use this scanner)

2 CD’s: Adobe Deluxe Version 2.0 and Umax drivers for your scanner installation.

A lock device that is located on the bottom of the scanner next to the power supply connector, see manual. Its function is a must to lock the scanner in its starting position so when transporting the device to a different location other than your desk protecting scanner from damage.

PC Users:

486, Pentium CPU or higher.

At least 8 MB RAM – 16 MB recommended for PhotoDeluxe.

Windows 3.x, 95 and NT VistaScan driver only.

CD-ROM drive.

An available 16 Bit ISA slot to install your SCSI card, if you don’t have one available on your motherboard you might unplug a sound card, a second controller for a second hard drive you don’t use, a modem card or a game card, etc.

Windows 3.1 Users: Scanner will copy and scan, but you will be limited and not be able to take advantage of the PhotoDeluxe software to scan and/or retouch pictures and or convert files to PDF format, etc. You must upgrade to Windows 95, 98 first or second editions at least.

Note: Also compatible with IBM 286/386/486 SX, DX, DX2, PC AT, PC Jr., etc., if you have at least an ISA slot and 8 MB of memory and your processor is at least 66 MHZ. (megahertz) of processor speed. If you have lower, such 25 or 33 MHZ. it will just run slower.
