Women's Vintage skirt circa 1980. Pencil skirt with a flat front and wrap look. High-waisted with a wide embellished waistband, back zipper, and button closure. The fabric consists of 75% viscose and 25% wool. The skirt is lined with a back-kick pleat.  perfect condition.
