Antique Hallmarked  Silver & Blue Enamel Bracelet

Has hallmarks but I can't read them as the number is worn.

There are the same somw stamps on the bracelet and on the clasp.

2 of them look like a symbol and the  number 3, but I've no idea what foreign mark it is

And the other ( probably the metal purity) I can't make out

So selling as White Metal. It's a bright silver not dull like I've seen on low grade jewellwry

For age in lovely condition.

There has been a sterling silver ring added to the end, so I could wear it.
