Vintage Small Porcelain Project Dolls 6 in. it looks to me it's marked 257 15   

She does needs a good cleaning. The shoes and right cheek are scuffed.

 This is another doll rescued from my Grandmothers’ house in the lower 9^th ward of New Orleans after hurricane Katrina to Slidell. My Grandparents owned and ran The Royal Toy Store at 705 Royal St. in New Orleans (50sand 60s) and Aunt Jennie’s Doll Hospital (60s and 70s) out of there home on Caffin Ave. {now Fats Domino Ave} (lower 9 th. )This comes from there privet collection .
