Antique cup stand or vase holder (?) in Silverplate by Taunton MA manufacturer Reed & Barton. Base fully marked MF’D and Plated by Reed & Barton with model number 3095.

In good overall condition with minor edge wear, small dents, scratches, and factory stick welds to some of the more intricate details.

A remarkable and rare piece of Silverplate from America’s gilded age. Fanciful decoration of Persian scrolls, dragons, and orientalist design panels.

I’ve never seen another.
