Of the known parameters, they are used with MLT-0.5 22 kOhm resistors. 

Despite such a low resistance of the resistors, the lamp current at a mains voltage of 220V should be 2.7 mA - the measured average voltage drop across them is 160V

length of the glowing is 25mm

 diameter is 6mm 

(the length of the bulb may differ slightly from one another)
