Up for sale is a KARL LAGERFELD Paris Love Button Up Shirt All Over Print Womens Size LARGE White Black.  There is measurements in the pictures from armpit to armpit and from neck to waist.  I always suggest sizing this to a shirt that you already like the fit of.  This is a really cool shirt and has a nice smooth feel to the fabric.  It also, has a little sheen to it.
