Panne Velvet (very stretchy) Turquoise like blue (pictures are accurate in color) hand trimmed in pearl like flowers and clear crystals rhinestones. This was custom made for me by my mother 50 years ago when I did competitions.
My mother custom made the whole corp costumes and many individuals. The chest is 23" in width unstretched and 28 inches in length from neck to crotch. Zipper works like new. No issues whatsoever.
