This is a cover with Three Congo Independence Stamps overprinted  " Etat du Katanga" along with two regular Katanga stamps canceled October 3, 1961 with an attached postage due stamp canceled December 3, 1961 !  An interesting cover as the postage due stamp was from the former  Belgium Congo !!!
