Talbots Women's sz 8 Petite Sheath Dress Sleeveless Cityscape Car Buildings Cotton

This whimsical sheath dress from Talbots looks like a watercolor.  I have seen it called the Havana dress, but cannot confirm this.  It has three buttons down the back (they don't have to be unbuttoned to slide the dress over your head) and a hidden side zipper.  There are two pockets on the hips m.  It is 100% cotton and is knee length.  It is in good condition with no seen flaws.

measurements laying flat:

underarm to underarm:  17 3/4"

waist: 17 1/2"

hips:  20 1/2"

length from the neckline on the back to the bottom:  34"
