"We have received questions from time to time about our grading of uncirculated coins.  Wile we don’t use MS numbers in our lists as a rule, we do have a  verbal description that corresponds to each number.  Fortunately, the price ratio versus MS# on foreign coins is miniscule.  For clarity, and for comparing on coin with another, we do feel as accurate a description as possible is desirable."
