I am happy to combine shipping for multiple items. In order to receive a combined shipping discount you must add all items to your shopping cart first, then select the Request Combined Shipping link in the cart page above the first item's price and then accept on the next page. The Ebay app will not allow for a request combined shipping option so you must log into Ebay using your preferred browser.
