Lledo Models of Days Gone
Diecast Model Vehicle
DG58-008 - 1950 Morris Z Van
Lledo Collectors Club 24 Carat Gold Plated Model

Jack Odell, one of the founders of the Matchbox diecast company, founded Lledo (Odell backwards) in 1982, and launched the "Days Gone" range of models in 1983, serving a market previously popularised by the Matchbox "Models of Yesteryear" series.

The 1950 Morris Z Van was introduced to the Days Gone range in 1993, and proved very popular, appearing in many different liveries.

One of Lledo's main revenue streams was from its Collectors Club - a subscription scheme where club members would be sent models each month on a sale or return basis. Members could also receive free models. Members who upgraded to "Gold" Membership received a special 24 carat gold plated model every 6 months. This Morris van was the 1st release in this special series.

Excellent pre-owned condition in original box. Box has very minor wear but no serious rips or creases.  Model itself is clean and very good condition. See photos - all photos show actual item.
