This is a Front Fareast Co. Super Wild Card SMS3201 "Magic" 3.5" disk drive.

The upper cartridge slot appears to have been modified to accept SNES games, and it looks like the contacts on the bottom could use a bit of cleaning.

We haven't tested it, so we don't know for certain whether it is fully functional or not. We're offering it for sale as-is, and won't be accepting returns.
