This is a Colm Meaney 8x10 glossy autograph photo. He played Miles O'Brien on Star Trek: The Next Generation then again on Deep Space Nine. He also appeared on Stargate: Atlantis. This was acquired at a sci-fi convention in PA sometime in the 90s where Mr. Meaney was a guest. It has been in a photo album this whole time so it's in New condition.
