This is a 1879 3 Cent Nickel NGC Proof 64. The coin is in a older NGC holder and has a sharp obverse with a light cameo look and dusty toning and the reverse has full columns and wreath and same tone. It looks to be undergraded to me and it is a popular early date offered at NO RESERVE!
