Items must be in the same condition as received. Per Ebay’s Seller Protection Policy, if an item is returned in different condition than received, a partial refund will be issued.  

Shipping Information

It is the buyer’s responsibility to insure the shipping address is correct at checkout.  We will only ship to the address supplied to us by Ebay/Paypal.  Do not ask for item to be sent to a different address after checkout is complete.

If an item is returned for issues with the address such as “insufficient address” we reserve the right to ask the buyer to pay the additional shipping cost involved in reshipping or we may decide not to reship and issue a refund in which may have the original shipping deducted.

-We do not provide gift services such as a note included in package. Please do not ask.

-We do not include invoices/receipts in our orders.

If an invoice/receipt is needed, please contact of us through the Ebay messaging services.

-We do not make any claims or guarantees around the manufacturers claims of how an item should function. Just because we are selling an item does not mean we endorse or are promoting a product. Nor do we claim to be experts on the product.
