Crushed Light Blue Chrysocolla from Peru, Fine Crush, Powder Size (<0.25mm) for Stone Inlay, Mineral Art, or Handmade Jewelry

ABOUT ⧫ LIGHT BLUE CHRYSOCOLLA

Chrysocolla is a blue mineral that naturally forms near large copper ore deposits and is generally found with other copper-rich minerals, such as malachite and turquoise. This chrysocolla is from Peru and has a robin egg blue color. This material is also a great choice for woodworking projects, since chrysocolla is a relatively soft mineral, with a Moh's hardness of 2.5-3.5.

MATERIAL ⧫ SIZE

Our powdered material consists of mostly silt and clay sized particles (<0.25mm). Our powders do have a slight grit to them. Powdered minerals are great for filling in small cracks or voids, orgonite pyramids, resin molds, memorial and resin jewelry, ring inlay, resin art, and creating textured paints and pigments. This material is also a great gift for makers looking for unique supplies or reiki practitioners that enjoy top quality crystal powders.
