This vintage hairpin flower frog by Blue Ribbon Flower Holder Co. Cuyahoga Fall OH is from a recent Ellenwood, GA estate sale.
As pics show there is paint loss from use but still in great shape for arrangements. It measures appx 3.75 inches long, 1-5/8 wide. As pics show, there is paint loss from use. The "blue ribbon" shaped wires are firm in the base and still have nice shape; they are mostly brown from paint loss (not rust). The durable cast iron oval base is marked as size 4 is on bottom along with company name.
Made in the United States, this hairpin is a great example of crafting in the early 1900s and a unique addition to your collection or floral craft supplies.
