I'm not sure what ebay uses as the decision to ship to you or not, it is either your country, your account or the category the item is in.

I have no control over this

I post the item to ebay's global shipping centre in Lichfield, Staffordshire. (I do this bit included in the purchase cost)

They send it on to you. They do all the paperwork for your country

I believe they charge you shipping and customs charges at time of purchase
