Rare ZOM 2.49cc MkII model diesel engine, the Spanish Oliver Tiger 1970's.

Looks like it's been test run only, turns over and has superb compression, the piston is a tight fit and needs a prop fitted to flick it over top dead centre, it needs a full running in before use!

This is an early MkII version from the early 1970's and people referred to this Spanish made race engine as the Spanish Oliver Tiger  or the Spanish ETA copy, but in actual fact is not a copy of either. It was designed as a serious competition diesel engine for the Spanish market and was not made in large numbers.

These engine's perform very well according to my Spanish friend who has a few of these engine's.

Part of my Dad's extensive engine collection, this has been on display in a cabinet indoors for decade's and has been inhibited with after run oil.

Please study the picture's as they form part of the engine's description and condition.
