Do not expect the actual item to be 100% identical to the photo as to color cast, hue and/or saturation but you will get the item you see. I never use stock photos--what you see is what you get. In some cases, beyond my control, USPS may take longer to deliver due to logistical problems, delays in transit, staffing issues or extreme weather. In these cases, please allow up to 30d to receive your item, before opening any dispute and for insurance purposes. In these situations, if you have not received your item after 15 days contact us so we can open a mail search request with the post office, if you purchased insurance. This process can take up to 10 days before a response is given. In the event the item is lost or not found a full refund will be issued; but in most cases USPS does find the parcel and it continues its journey to the customer. Priority mail is 2-5 business days. Rarely do we have any issues with this service.
