VINTAGE LES DAVIS "WITCH DOCTOR " SIZE 4 (3 1/2").  The plug has been used. However there are no hook "swing" scratches on the belly.  Hooks have some rust as seen in the photos, and I don't believe they are original.  This color is harder to come by.
